Cancellation & Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with a product purchased from our website (www.luxurybackyardliving.com), you may return it by calling us toll-free at 1-877-223-6945 or emailing us at [email protected].  Our Customer Service representatives will provide you with simple instructions for returning the product and obtaining a refund. Please have your order information ready when you call. Shipping errors, defects, or damaged parts can be resolved quickly without the need to return the product.

Return and Refund Terms

To be eligible for a return, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your product. You will be responsible for all shipping charges associated with returning the item, as well as returning the product to the designated facility.

All returned products must be in like-new condition and in their original packaging.

Cancellations

luxurybackyardliving.com accepts order cancellations prior to product shipment. Refunds for canceled orders may be subject to restocking fees. See Refunds section below for additional details.

Restocking

A 25% restocking fee will be charged for all returned products and all orders canceled after 48 hours of purchase.

Refunds

Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment, such as a credit card. Please note that this return and refund policy applies only to products purchased directly from our website.

Cancellation refund amounts:

• If you cancel your order within 72 hours of purchase, you will receive a full refund of the original invoice amount. 
• If you cancel your order anytime after 72 hours of purchase before it has shipped, the refund amount will be the original invoice amount minus a 25% restocking fee
• If you cancel your order after product ships, a 25% Restocking fee less shipping and return shipping costs
