Our company, luxurybackyardliving.com, is pleased to offer shipping services nationwide for all our products within the 48 contiguous states.

Shipping Details

Your pergola or cabana will be delivered in boxes by an independent freight carrier. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped. For residential deliveries, the courier will contact you to schedule a specific delivery time.

When your structure arrives, please have wire cutters and a utility knife readily available for unloading. The product may arrive on a pallet.  It will offloaded on a driveway or parking spot. The delivery driver will not be able to assist or handle the product after it is offloaded. Please plan accordingly for unloading times, which may range from several minutes to an hour depending on the number of individuals unloading and how far the components must be carried.

Please note that individual pergola pieces typically weigh between 2 lbs – 45 lbs; Cabana pieces range from 2 lbs -120 lbs; and Luxury shed pieces range from 2 lbs – 50 lbs.

Non-typical Deliveries

Please inform us of any unusual delivery locations at the time of purchase (such as locations with dirt roads or limited access). This will allow us to confirm delivery capability and any associated charges with the freight company. If you request a re-routing of your delivery after the merchandise has left our warehouse, you agree to accept any additional freight costs. All freight and delivery costs are pre-paid at the time of purchase, so there should be no need to pay additional amounts to the freight company unless you have changed the delivery location after it has left our warehouse.

Shipping Damage

We strive to ensure that our products arrive at your home in perfect condition. Although significant damage during transit is rare, if any damage occurs please notify us within three (3) days of delivery. We will work with you to provide replacement pieces at no cost so that your structure can be assembled in new condition.
